忱义工程项目管理有限公司受招标人委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，于2019年06月17日在中国国际招标网、中国招标投标公共服务平台、中国招标投标网、中国政府采购网、哈尔滨工业大学国有资产管理处发布公告。本次招标采用传统招标方式，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
Chenyi Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., entrusted by the tender notice will be released at www.chinabidding.com, www.cebpubservice.com, www.infobidding.com, www.ccgp.gov.cn, State-owned Assets Management Office of Harbin Institute of Technology on June 17th, 2019. Traditional tender shall be adopted in this tender process and eligible bidders are hereby invited to participate in the bid.
1、招标条件
本项目为“一流学科建设：共融机器人技术”拟采购设备之一。主要包括振动分析测量仪。机器人的振动性能影响机器人结构及使用性能的重要指标。随着机器人技术的发展，对其各项性能的要求也不断提高，高速、高精度的发展趋势下导致机器人产生较大的振动，严重影响机器人的工作质量。然而国内目前对机器人工作中振动数据没有专业测量设备和统一的指标，因此对机器人工作状态下的各轴及末端振动数据的测量尤为重要。
This project is one of the equipment to be purchased for the “First-class Discipline Construction: Co-integration Robot Technology”. It mainly includes a vibration analysis instrument. The vibration analysis instrument can accurately measure the vibration of the robot and analyze the measurement professionally. It is of great significance for the design and analysis of robot and the improvement of robot performance by obtaining the relevant data of robot vibration state in real time and using the professional software to realize the analysis of robot in time domain and frequency domain.
